1 room house of 26m² in City of Edinburgh

Whilst a single room it's light and cosy with large cupboard/wardrobe with shelves and access to a private balcony that overlooks the front, and back garden. Access to shared toilet and bathroom on same floor. You'll enjoy a warm welcome and a comfortable, friendly, home. I only host guests from overseas or overseas students. I have been hosting female visitors (travellers, students on internships and English language learners) from all over the world since 2013.It's just me and my little brown dog, Tavish and on occasion my son (who is sometimes here - but currently in Australia). I often supply little extra treats - as I like you to feel at home. I love to hear about you, your family and your culture, as well as share my background. I hope to as help you get the very best out of your stay in Edinburgh and Scotland. I live a short walk (7 mins) to the bus stop. The bus takes around 25 mins into Edinburgh city centre. There is also lovely scenic walks nearby in Cramond Village, Corstorphine Hill, Cammo Estate and Dalmeny estate - with rivers, beaches, hills and fields. I'm keen to share how to get around, places of interest (local as well as further afield), there’s so much to do and see in this beautiful city and the rest of Scotland. I've been awarded the 'Good to Go' Scotland certificate. You will be able to use the kitchen if you need to - but there are also many many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops with fantastic food (catering for all pockets) - that you might want to try too. My rooms are single occupancy only - so if you come with a friend - you can book two out of the three rooms if available. I very much look forward to welcoming you into my home. Best, Jenni
