Comfortably furnished, double bedroom. Views out to garden. You'll enjoy a warm welcome and a comfortable, friendly family home if you stay with us. I only host guests from overseas and been hosting students and visitors from all over the world since 2013. It's me, my little brown dog, Tavish, and on occasion my son (who stays between travels round the world). We love to hear about you, your family and your culture, as well as help you get the very best out of your stay whilst in Edinburgh and Scotland. We live a short walk (7 mins) to the bus stop and 25 mins into Edinburgh city centre. There is lovely scenic walks nearby to Cramond Village, Corstorphine Hill, and Cammo Estate Dalmeny estate - rivers, beaches, hills and fields. We’re keen to share how to get around (very easy), places of interest (local as well as further afield), there’s so much to do and see in this beautiful city and the rest of Scotland. I've been awarded the 'Good to Go' Scotland certificate. Whilst you can use the kitchen facilities - there are many many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops with fantastic food (catering for all pockets) - that you might want to try too.
