Cosy family home in the South of Edinburgh, next to the bus stop and 25 minutes from the city centre with the number 37 or 47 bus. Ten minutes walk to Straiton retail park which has supermarkets, fast food outlets, a Pure Gym, coffee shops & restaurants. Furthermore being located in the south of the city in a safe neighbourhood, means that it does not feel like being in a city as we are surrounded by greenery, view of the Pentland hills, next to a small burn (river) for calming morning walks and a pond nearby with a variety of wildlife which is great for nature walks which makes you feel like you’re in the countryside. This helps make my home somewhere that is still central but also peaceful, relaxing and quiet. I am a busy professional and I have a cat called Bella who lives here permanently and sometimes weekend visits from a Labrador. Parking space available on the driveway and very close to the motorway if you want to go travelling across Scotland. Bikes available to borrow and there are great cycle paths all around.
