Enjoy a relaxing stay at Edinburgh's seaside in our spacious, recently renovated Garden Annex. You will have sole use of the space during your stay, with a dedicated entrance via the large South facing fully enclosed garden. The accommodation has everything you will need for a chilled beachside stay, including a two person sauna, two person bath under skylight and a super king size bed. With the sea and sand just a stroll away, and excellent links to the city centre, it's a great location.The property is located on a wide, quiet residential street just a few steps away from the beach in the popular seaside neighbourhood of Portobello, Edinburgh. With a dedicated entrance through the large, enclosed South facing garden, the Garden Annex is the perfect place to base yourself on a trip to Edinburgh - just a short bus ride from the city centre but with the peace and quiet of beachside living. Just a short two minute walk away from the property you will find the bus link to the city centre, the 26 bus runs all day and night (N26 during early hours) and travels straight through the city centre, and past the zoo and Murrayfield Stadium in the West of the city. The spacious self contained annex features a large open plan kitchen diner, with lounge area and glass sliders opening onto a South facing deck area. Also on the ground floor is a compact, two person sauna with shower, and separate downstairs WC. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a huge super king size bed, armchairs and space for yoga. There's also a fantastic open plan office space, a reading area and a bathroom featuring a two person bath with large glass skylight overhead, plus shower and WC. With the sea just 30 metres away, it's the perfect base if you love wild swimming, followed by a sauna and a bath under the stars!Some house rules:No pets please. We have two dogs, a cat and chickens, and so although we love animals it would be unsettling for our pets to have other animals staying in the annex.The property is strictly no smoking indoors. We ask you to please remove shoes before going upstairs to the upper floor.Please note, there is no TV in the property.
