Apartment for Rent Bills are included A rental contract with the agency will need to be signed starting from April 7th. (The rent is already paid until April 7th, but I can move out earlier if needed.) Electricity costs are very low – no more than £20/month (there is currently about £30 credit on the account). On the floor there are 4 small apartments, with a shared bathroom area (one with a shower and one separate toilet). The apartment is very quiet and warm. Please note: there is no washing machine in the apartment – I use a nearby laundrette. The apartment originally came only with a bed, tables with chairs and a chest of drawers.
