1 room studio flat of 27m² in London

Hi everyone, I’m looking to sublet my studio flat while I’m away for the summer. Available from 12th May until October or November (end date is flexible and can be discussed). All bills are included in the rent. It’s a cozy, fully furnished studio in Forest Gate, located on a quiet street just a 8 -minute walk from the Elizabeth Line station. The area has plenty of local restaurants, pubs, and amenities, with great connections to Central London (Tottenham Court Road - 20 mins, Liverpool Street - 15 mins). The flat comes with ample storage, a large wardrobe, and all essential utensils, making it suitable for both short and longer stays. There is also a shared laundry room in the building with a washing machine and tumble dryer, free for tenants to use. Couples are welcome (£50/month additional). I’m ideally looking for someone to stay for at least 4 months, though shorter terms can be considered with a price adjustment. I’m looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of the space. Professionals, students, and pets are all welcome.
