1 room flat of 135 m² in City of Edinburgh

We're looking for a tenant that requires a short term 4-5 week rental in central Edinburgh between 26 July to the end of August. We're flexible on dates, but would ideally like someone of who is planning to stay around 4 weeks. We'll be away during this time so you would have the entire place to yourself. The flat is fully furnished and comes with all required amenities including, bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe space, en-suite bathroom, additional master bathroom, living/kitchen/dining room. Hopefully as you can tell from the pictures that this is our home and we're looking for someone who will respect our property and be able to make good use of it.
