1 room house of 46 m² in London

Hi There, The top room of our canal house is available for rent from June 5th 2025. I live here with my son who is 15, and I work as a photographer/artist. Its three bedrooms in total. Just one room is available. We prefer single people. So no couples. Your room is at the top of the house, away from us. FYI bathroom is two floors down so a bit of a hassle. We have a roof garden, and three balconies. Fire place. South facing. The space is about 3500 sq ft. We have a cat called Dora. And Bo our dog. The house looks out onto Regents Canal, and is a five minute walk to Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and ten minutes to Bethnal Green tube. All bills are included. We love our peacful home.
