Hello! I am looking for someone to occupy my spare bedroom due to my flatmate's departure, ideally as soon as possible, either short term or longer term (no more than 1 year). It's a large double bedroom with its own bathroom shower. The flat is in Cricklewood, North West London. Transport wise is walking distance to Willesden green tube station, Cricklewood Thameslink and all the buses you could ask for. Lots of supermarkets around, as well as many cool restaurants and pubs nearby in West Hampstead, Kilburn and queens park. There's the lovely Gladstone park 10 mins walk from the flat, and Hampstead heath is pretty close by as well. The flat is a split level so offers a lot of privacy and the room feels like its own separate unit. The flat is shared with only me (and two very chilled out kitties), and the rent is £1000 per month, or £300 per week, bills included.
