Situated on a small housing estate in Brotton Village, Saltburn, in the Redcar & Cleveland Council area. There are shops and pubs serving food nearby. Good, regular bus links throughout Redcar & Cleveland. Use of kitchen available for self-catering or meals can be provided at an additional cost of £32 per week (£8 per day for 4x breakfasts and 4 x dinners). Can cater for vegetarians. Bed linen changed and room cleaned weekly. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Close to Saltburn-by-the-Sea (where there is a rail station), Guisborough, Whitby and Redcar. Easy commutes to York and Newcastle areas (A1 and A19). Live in landlord who works from home, part of a resident couple.
