Current flat mate is a good friend of mine who is a working professional- He’s looking for a sociable flatmate who is tidy and respectful as the furnishings are mostly his.Although there is no en-suite, my flatmate tends to use his own en-suite so I have had primary use of the main bathroom.Bills typically total including council tax.Flat has good transport links- approx 5 min walk to Stratford international DLR or mins to Stratford underground.
