1 room of 14m² in London

I’m looking for a flatmate on weekdays to share my 2 bed flat in South Croydon (Purley Oaks). 650 for 5 day stay Price negotiable for shorter weeks The room is a good size double with private shower and toilet en-suite. The bedroom is large and has a sofa so would suit someone who is happy to have their own space. There is a free private parking space (I don’t have a car so it’s all yours if you drive), a small, communal outdoor space and an open plan kitchen/ dining and living room which we will share. Broadband plus all other bills included. I’m out and about or away a fair bit during the week. When at home, I’m friendly and sociable, happy to share a cuppa and a chat but also like to have time to myself. I work for the NHS in central London and ( occasionally) WFH. I’m clean, tidy and considerate so looking to share with similar types. *I will do reference checks. Transport The area is well connected to London city centre with 3 nearby stations (all will have you central within less than 25 mins or at East Croydon in 5, also easy for airports). Purley Oaks (5-7 mins walk - trains to London Bridge and out to Caterham)Sanderstead (10-12 mins walk - trains to Victoria and Thameslink to Kings Cross St Pancras and the City also further into Surrey)Purley (12-15 mins walk - trains to Victoria and Thameslink to Kings Cross St Pancras and the City or Gatwick) Busses to Croydon town centre (for shopping, West Croydon station and Tramlink) run every 5 mins from the road outside (takes about 10 mins). For drivers The flat is just off the A23, well placed for driving into central London or heading south towards Gatwick and the South Coast. Good links to the M23 and M25. The area is quiet, safe and well connected (via several stations and bus routes). There are a couple of nice parks within 5 mins walk, a handy convenience store right next door to the property, and an enormous supermarket (Tesco Extra) 15 mins walk or 5 mins bus ride/ drive away. Purley town centre (for good eats and a couple of nice pubs) is walking distance and the South Croydon restaurant quarter (famous locally for good restaurants) is 5-10 mins on the bus. There is also a well known fitness centre (which has a 24 hour Pure Gym, a Cross Fit studio, boxing club and personal training centre) a 2-3 minute walk from the flat.
