Hi everyone, I have a lovely light 3 bedroom house available in Greenbank, Easton, Bristol. The house is situated right next to the beautiful green space that is Greenbank cemetery, and is a short walk to all the fun pubs, shops and cafe's that Easton has to offer. It is very close to the Bristol-Bath cycle path, and the cycle into the centre takes around 10/15 mins. Stapleton road railway station is a short walk or cycle away. Greenbank is a peaceful area and well connected to all the vibrant fun that Bristol has to offer. The house has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, sunroom/conservatory and outdoor space with a bike shelter. There are three double bedrooms and a smaller room that could be used as an office/storage space. The road right outside has free parking. The house is part furnished, with the communal spaces furnished and the bedrooms unfurnished as I have found tenants usually like to bring their own bedroom furniture.
