The development provides Flats sizes of 5 and 6 bedrooms so we can allocate groups or people looking for rooms on their own but wanting to share with similar flatmates. The rent is charged at £160 per week inclusive for a 48 week contract and £155 per week inclusive for a 51 week contract and come with a complementary tram pass to ensure easy access to Uni and the City. There are also regular tram services connecting Mooregate House with University of Nottingham West Entrance 5 minutes, South Entrance 7 minutes, Queens Medial Centre 9 minutes and Nottingham Train Station and Nottingham College 20 minutes.
