Property Reference: .We're looking for one more person to join our house in White City. We're a friendly, easy-going house of working professionals looking for someone similar to join. The house has a really nice setup...a big kitchen-diner and a decked garden which is great when it's hot. Everyone has their own thing going on, so not a party house, but plenty socialising regardless. The room is bright, wooden floors, fireplace, wardrobe and super-fast Virgin broadband, around 750 Mbps, so calls and remote working all good. Location is excellent: Wood Lane on the Central Line is 5 mins walk, White City just beyond that, and you can easily walk to Westfield, the BBC, Notting Hill and Portobello. Gymbox, PureGym, loads of cafes and restaurants all nearby, the two Scrubs parks both walking distance are great for picnic/running. We're looking for someone working, friendly and easy to live with, someone who has their own life and routine but is up for a chat or a drink now and then. The main thing for us is finding someone considerate who naturally keeps shared spaces clean and wants the house to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Single occupancy only.
