Hello! We are looking to rent out our home from December 2025 to end of July 2026. Ideally, this will be to a professional couple or small family who’ll treat it like their own. The house is in Kingswood and has a lovely, homely feel – it’s an older build Victorian with lots of character, but it’s been decorated it in a bright and modern way. Here’s a bit about the place: 🛋️ Downstairs – there’s a separate living room and dining room (both with handy built-in storage), and a kitchen with lots of space for cooking. 🛁 Bathroom - The bathroom is upstairs and has a proper bath and seperate shower. It is a large and light room which we love and has underfloor heating. 🌿 Outside – a decent-sized garden with space to sit out and enjoy a coffee or BBQ when the weather’s good. We also have storage for recycling bins, a washing line and a garden table and chairs. 🛏️ Bedrooms: • Bedroom 1 (Orange Room): standard double. • Bedroom 2 (Master): a really spacious double. • Bedroom 3 (Loft): large loft conversion with extra storage and plenty of natural light. 🗺️ Location-wise we’re: • Less than 5 mins walk to Kingswood Chase and Lidl. • 2 mins walk to bus stops with regular buses into Bristol City Centre.
