1 room of 17m² in London

A bright, spacious room with balcony access from twenty August to twenty September 2026(1 month only)! Comes with a double bed (with mattress) and a lot of cupboard space. It is a 1 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station; Victoria line (2 stops away from Kings Cross, 3 from Euston and 4 from Warren Street) with a big m&s, Lidl and many shops, cafes, restaurants all within a minutes walk! Very convenient location. Also the flat consists of 2 bathrooms but one room is an en-suite (taken up by my flatmate) so you will be sharing one bathroom between yourself and my other flatmate. The kitchen and living room are both available for use as you normally would. It includes the sofa, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and stove and oven (obviously). The rooms also have air conditioning. We are thinking of buying a microwave; if we do that will also be available for use. Both of my flatmates are female students and my close friends; very hygienic and friendly!! We do not welcome smoking in our flat including in the balcony area. Only female flat!
