Double Room in Friendly Home – Ideal for Cat Lovers! Spacious furnished double room available in our home, with bed, mattress, and large IKEA Pax wardrobe. You’re welcome to add your own furniture, hang pictures, wall-mount a TV, and make the space your own. High-speed fibre broadband and driveway parking are included. You’ll share a large kitchen with two live-in landlords and one other tenant. The available room shares a bathroom with that tenant. There’s also a downstairs toilet. There are five very friendly, playful cats who use the shared areas only. Reduced rent option: when both landlords are away, there is optional cat-sitting (feeding, general care) can earn up to £7.50 per day off the monthly rent. More details available on enquiry. Both of us work from home and keep a relaxed, clean, and friendly household, spending evenings caring for the cats, using the gym room, playing pool/table tennis, or watching TV. The tenant would ideally be a quiet, tidy, considerate working professional who likes cats and will help ensure they aren’t let out of the front door (our one firm rule). They can access the enclosed rear/side garden. Excellent commuter location, under 5 minutes’ drive to the motorway, with easy access to Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster, Birmingham, and Worcester.
