I am the Landlord of 57 Ivy Road and I have a double studio/bedsit ensuite room available - The house has just been refurbished and looks great. The room is on the first floor of a converted Victorian terraced house in Cricklewood. Lots of space in the house with a garden (only the ground floor 2 back bedrooms have access to the garden.) Minimum age 21 and only single occupancy please (one person per room). The rooms are fully furnished and come with their own Kitchenettes from a company called Elfin. Parking - there is street parking or a bike rack at the front of the house. There is a washing machine in each flat. IMPORTANT - You will need a home-owning guarantor to sign a document guaranteeing your rent if you would like to move in. This is my bank requirement and I can't change it unfortunately.
