1 room studio flat of 86m² in Bristol

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from mid-June to September (or any time in between). If you are an incoming student looking to move in earlier, they also have options to take over my lease and possibly sign a lease for the upcoming school year as well. The floor plan is a Studio Large as shown on their website, and comes with its own bathroom, kitchen, and a small living area in the bedroom. Rent is 375 a week, and includes internet and any other bills so nothing extra will need to be paid. It is great for students, and the only reason that I am moving out early is because I am starting school back in the US. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
