A lovely large double room with private shower room ( not ensuite) in a converted Manor House *Large double room with very high ceilings , desk , TV & plenty of storage *Private shower room ( not en-suite ) *Washer & dryer *use of fully equipped & clean kitchen *free parking *use of on-site gym, sauna, hot tub & outdoor pool *single occupancy only I live in the property with my partner, we are quiet, easy going, clean & tidy . I work mainly from home . We are looking for a new mon- fri guest who is ideally out at work each day, as our recent guest just left after 5 months staying with us. You will be treated as our guest in our home, bedding & towels are provided, your bedroom will be cleaned & changed every other week. You are welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekend. Sunday night arrivals & some weekend stays can also be agreed at additional cost. The location is beautiful & very quiet 20 mins drive into Bristol city centre or into Bath ( opposite direction) Bus stop right outside teh building & also a Park & Ride 5 mins walk. 15 mins drive to Templemeads train station or 7 mins drive to Keynsham train station . The manor house has extensive grounds, including a woodland patch.. so it feels like you are out in countryside! Lidl is 10 mins walk, Waitrose 7 min drive , local shops also 10 mins walk . Restaurants 10 mins drive
