A spacious furnished bedroom is available in my friendly owner-occupied flat in West Norwood. The room is large (approximately 15ft x 15ft) and the whole flat was redecorated in April 2026. It is furnished with a brand new king-size bed, desk, dressing table and armchair. The room is available for 2-3 nights per week only. Rent is £650 per calendar month (inclusive of bills) for two nights per week, with an additional charge for a third night if required. The room remains part of my home and is used as a guest room when not occupied by the lodger. This arrangement would suit someone whose main home is elsewhere but who comes to London regularly for work. There is a desk should you need to work outside office hours, and the lodger will have access to a small amount of wardrobe and drawer space for belongings they regularly need in London. The flat is a calm, friendly home rather than a traditional house share, so I am looking for someone who is respectful, independent and comfortable with a quieter living environment. Most buses go to Brixton within 20 minutes. My flat is in West Norwood on the side that borders West Dulwich and Tulse Hill. Brockwell Park and Herne Hill are a 25 minute walk away or short bus journey. Belair Park and Dulwich Park are also with 15 and 25 minutes. West Norwood High Street and nearby Rosendale Road have a range of independent shops and desirable restaurants and Pubs. It’s a lovely community with a popular Picturehouse Cinema and library too. Brixton with tube links is a short bus journey away.
