1 room house of 23m² in London

We live in the residential area of Catford our house Is semi detached with a large garden which the kitchen opens out to. The double bedroom comes with an on suite shower room. There is a living dinning room, family bathroom and and a downstairs cloakroom toilet. There is a wash machine which guest are welcome to use.We like to have dinner parties and garden parties and we do enjoy meeting new people. Our household consists of myself, my husband our 20 year old daughter. Our home is in easy reach of transport, bus, train and DLR so easy access to the City where there is a variety of sight seeing locations. We are also close to the town centres of Bromley and Lewisaham where a variety of shops can be found.
