1 room house of 14m² in London

A comfortable room with a small double bed, large double wardrobe with sliding doors and ample space for storage. Lynda and Peter, live in aTown House in Highams Park with lots of close by facilities including swimming pools, Epping Forest and the famous Walthamstow Market is just a short bus ride away. With easy access to central London the mainline and bus stops about a 10 minute walk always. Highams Park has a library, gym, fantastic restaurants , pubs , micro brewery and a winebar. Great place to socialise. We consider ourselves generous hosts and enjoy entertaining friends and family in which our students are always invited as part of the family. We both enjoy cooking and provide a good menu. We can provide an evening meal at an extra cost to be arranged.We take Covid 19 seriously and implement the following procedures.Hand washing/sanitizing on entering the home. Shoes taken off by the door.Changing from outdoor clothes to indoor clothes before coming into communal areas. Sanitisers / wipes will be available. Social distancing is required and all communal rooms can facilitate distancing. Temperature checks will be carried out daily. We have a 'disinfectant anti virus/anti bacterial fogging machine ' this will be used regularly.
