This is a beautifully decorated airy and light double bedroom for one person or two persons. Bedside cabinets with table lamp, wardrobes, dressing mirror.All amenities, shops etc are nearby and I really enjoy walking in our local park quite frequently. I have great neighbours and the nearest stations are on Central Line, Barkingside and Gants Hill, just a bus hop away! The living room is very spacious and I have a large kitchen diner looking out to a great garden where the sun pours in most of the day. The bathroom is recently refurbished. Lots of storage space in the building at the bottom of the garden.I am a very caring and friendly individual, enjoy cooking for family and friends and consider myself to be very sociable and hospitable. Lots of laughter in the house!!!!Personal hygiene, cleanliness and being tidy are the requirements for the guests, to treat the my home and facilities, utilities etc with due care and respect. No smoking anywhere on site and no food or alcohol in the room. No shoes inside the house as indoor slippers will need to be worn. We don't have any pets and are non-smokers!!I will ensure your stay will be very comfortable, informative and enjoyable as I am very caring and helpful. Off street parking and wifi available.
