London, EC1R 3BN, United Kingdom | 2 bed townhouse for rent #99416316 | Rentberry

Summary:This two bedroom penthouse apartment is located on the fifth floor (with lift to the fourth). It is excellent for couples, groups, families with older children and business travellers and there is a sofa bed in the reception room to accommodate additional guests. It is located in a converted warehouse building with lots of original features and is very close to Farringdon station. Please note that there is some audibility in the trains when the double glazed windows are open. The Space:This fabulous apartment is designed with the urban traveller in mind and occupies the entire top floor of a converted warehouse building in Farringdon. Approach the apartment via the fourth floor as you come out of the passenger lift (or elevator!) and then walk up the final flight of stairs. Once inside the penthouse walk through the hallway into the large reception room with a wall of large windows, TV and wooden floors. The reception room features a large sofa bed and dining area with tv. The open plan kitchen features a washing machine so that you can do some laundry and travel light, a dishwasher because who wants to do the dishes by hand, toaster and kettle, fridge, stove/hob, oven and microwave. We know how important it is for people with special dietary requirements to prepare food for themselves rather than rely on the understanding and cooperation of restaurants and you may not want to eat out all the time, so we make sure you have the added choice of self catering. Of course, there are plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for you to use. There are two large bedrooms at the back of the building away from the road and railway with freshly made beds with hotel quality bed linen, wardrobes with hangers, plenty of drawer space, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and good quality towels for all guests. There is a shower room and a separate modern bathroom with shower over and we will provide you with some toiletries on arrival. We also put together a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some snacks for when you arrive.A reasonable wifi service is available in all our properties to help you plan your day's sightseeing, catch up on some work, keep in touch with friends and family back home or simply to relax after a busy day in the capital. The lift has a sliding gate and extra care should be taken when using it to ensure your safety. Access is therefore unsuitable for young children and we cannot accept bookings with parties that include young travellers for this reason. All City Living London properties offer convenient bases to discover what London has to offer so that you can recharge at the end of the day and then do it all again. Some recent guest feedback:"Perfect stay in London.
