1 room studio flat of 30m² in London

The Novelty Prison Bed is a legacy of Holloway Prison closed in 2016. The bed has a custom made super cosy sprung matress, despite being only 70 cm wide! It is the middle room upstairs and has views of the garden.I am an Artist who lives alone and works from home. My background is in Graphics and Animation, however, I now work across many media, from painting and illustration through to digital work and ceramics. I have a small ceramics studio in my conservatory which I can occasionally give paid 121 lessons to individuals.I am a keen environmentalist and attempt to keep a low carbon footprint house! I cycle everywhere and have a number of bicycles, some of which I am happy for guests to use.My work is a vocation, so takes up most of my time. However, I do enjoy a long cycle ride, sometimes for short vacations, and have an amateur passion for fossil hunting.I have been renting on Airbnb since 2021, and have many happy guests and friendly reviews.
