A washer is available for your laundry needs.The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with a queen-size bed. Both beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.Important note: The unit is equipped with a smart TV which can be used to watch your favourite apps like Netlix (you must use your own login). The TV is not able to operate live TV such as BBC.Enjoy your stay!Guests will have access to the entire home!I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.Ilford is a lively town known for its diverse community and vibrant atmosphere. With a strong community spirit and a range of local events, Ilford is an inviting place to live and work.The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.The nearest bus stop, Couchmore Avenue, is just a 3-minutes walk.Both Heathrow and Gatwick airport are a 1h15 drive from the property.This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
