Local amenities nearby: lots of shops, lovely park and green spaces. Buses only few minutes walk and underground stations (Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse road on the Victoria line and Leyton on the Central line) very easy to reach, only 15 minutes by bus or a short walk away; also overground a short walk away.
