1 room house of 37m² in London

We welcome each guest as though old friends. My husband Dave and I live in a modern sunny three bedroom house .we provide b/b and if required evening meal at a small extra charge. We live in new Malden surrey very close to Kingston , Sutton and Epsom and Wimbledon. Please not we no longer have CATSThere is a Bus stop at the bottom of our road 213 which goes to Kingston or Sutton. Trains to London take 15 mins and the station is a ten-minute walk. Kingston University, Hospital and large shopping centre are all within easy reach. Sutton, Epsom, Wimbledon & Richmond park also very close. We are close to 4 tube stations - New morden, motspur Park, Worcester Park, and Morden Manor - they are all within 10 or 15 mins walk. We are also close to the A3 to London. We are close to Kingston Hospital and Kingston University..we have 6 grandchildren that keep us busy, we are members of the national trust and enjoy walking .my husband is a cyclist and has been a racing and track cyclist.
