1 room house of 20m² in London

This is a small single bedroom with a wardrobe, desk and chair and it's own TV. It has use of the family bathroom which is very close and is only suitable for 1 person. This room is on the front of the house so it will have some traffic noise. We live on a busy road in Kingston Upon Thames in a very safe neighbourhood, very close to the train station - which gets you into Waterloo - Central London, in 25 minutes. You will be arrive in very close range (on your right) of St Paul's Cathedral, Covent Garden, The West End, Shakespeare's Globe and the Tate Modern Museum, on your left will be The London Eye, The South Bank, The Royal Festival Hall, The British Film institute and of course Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament. Waterloo has various tube lines (underground railway stations) and buses which will take you wherever you wish to go in London. We are on the superloop (which is the express bus route No. SL7) from Heathrow Airport. There are also 3 24-hour buses from Central London which run close by. Kingston itself is a very historic town with lots to see and do. Kingston was indeed the first place that the occupying Romans could ford the river Thames and The first King of England was crowned here and the next six as well - in fact the Coronation stone is available for everyone to see where the King had to sit whilst he was crowned. Kingston has a University so lots of cafes, bars and nightclubs as well as historic places of interest to visit such as the ruins of the original Roman bridge built over the river ad well as the oldest bridge over the river which is still standing. Along with a central market place with it's Market House and golden statue of Queen Anne, a shopping mall (The Bentall Centre) and shops and boutiques galore. There is the Rose Theatre, a multiplex Cinema, Bowling, a trip down or up the river, so lots of things to see and do. We live within walking distance of Richmond Park a huge royal park with wild deer and perfect for long walks (or if you ride it is possible to hire a horse but quite expensive) and also the river Thames which is great for local walks. We are also within a bus ride from Hampton Court Palace and Bushey Park and in the opposite direction Richmond, which is a lovely historical town on the River Thames with very individual shops and places to visit as well as it's own two theatres, you can even find the famous views painted by Canaletto and picnic there yourself. We are within a short distance on the train of Wimbledon Tennis Club with it's tennis museum and in the opposite direction the Twickenham Rugby Club where home matches take place at the weekend. Our house has 4 bedrooms but our children have now left home, so there are only my husband and myself here now. We have a small double room with a king-sized bed on offer with an en-suite shower room for 2 people sharing, it has french doors onto a balcony that overlooks the garden and it has it's own TV. Plus we also have a single room for one person, also with its own TV - residents will use the family bathroom solely for themselves because we have our own bathroom. We also have a chairlift for anyone not able-bodied enough to climb the stairs and there is wi-fi throughout the house. Along with the basic light breakfast of tea/coffee/juice, fruit salad, cereal and/or toast, we will provide an evening meal of two courses (traditional English food) if required, at a cost of £10 per head. as long as we are given enough notice.
