This is a single room with a single sofa bed for 1 person with natural light making the room nice and bright. I live in a large ground floor apartment, with a 1 spare room, lounge and separate kitchen/diner in the quiet location of Bromley/Catford south east London. Just a 5 minute walk from Beckenham rail station and minutes walk to the bus stops for busses into the town centre.I am a young professional with no children or pets , that keeps a very clean and hospitable and welcoming home.
