Small but very functional room suitable for 1 or 2 guests. Plenty of storage space. Room is very quiet and overlooks back garden. Generally you will have exclusive use of the bathroom unless there is another guest staying with us.We live in a comfortable 5 bedroom house located in Southgate a typical leafy London suburb. The house is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk away from the tube/metro station which has direct connections to the centre of London and Heathrow Airport (no changes involved). There are also some good pubs, restaurants, shopping facilities and public parks nearby.We have a very clean, modern and spacious house that was recently refurbished. We also have a very nice garden which we use a lot in summer for BBQ's etc. Southgate itself is a very safe and well established area. We have hosted students and guest from far afield including China, Korea, Argentina, Mexico, Italy and many other countries. Mother tongue is English but we have a fluent French speaker with a good grasp of Russian.
