Hi Welcome - Our beautiful Centrally located London house is set in one of the smartest neighbourhoods in the city, with exquisite interiors and just a few minutes from Sloane Square tube station and the Kings Road. The terrace house is over three floors: lower ground, ground and first floors and is tastefully furnished offering discerning guests a beautiful home where they can relax and enjoy their stay, surrounded by comfort and modern conveniences. The home is set in the centre of town in a quiet safe neighbourhood yet close to the bustle and fun of quality shopping, entertainment and the main tourist attractions of London. Transport links are excellent with subway/tube and bus access within a couple of minutes from the house. London Heathrow Airport is 45 minutes away.The upper floor is reserved for the master suite with lots of space, cupboards and an en suite bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms both with double beds and en suite bathrooms .The home is ideally suited for a small group or medium size family as well as the busy executive looking for the intimacy of a luxury house close to all that matters. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people All linen is provided as well as towels, shampoo, soaps and shower gel. There is central heating throughout, being warm in winter and cool in summer, with overhead fans in the bedrooms.There is a very comfortable sitting room for relaxing that leads onto a secluded garden for al fresco dining and sundowners. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provides a perfect space for meals and candlelit dinners. The kitchen has an oven, hot plate, microwave, dishwasher, toaster etc, Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper are standard in the kitchen for each new guest A hospitality pack is also provided upon arrival including, bread, milk, eggs, butter and biscuits TV is available, with WI-FI throughout the house.There is a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer with laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets provided, Iron and ironing board available.We look forward to making your stay at the house perfectThe house is family friendly and great for children of all ages with a nice garden where they can safely play.Our terms for the summer season is a minimum of 6 night stays however we will accept 5 night stays with a premium.NO PETSare allowed and there is a strictly No smoking rule in the house. The house is ideal for cosy entertaining however no large parties are allowed and the house is limited to maximum to the addition of 6 non residential guests.The large department stores of Peter Jones and Harrods are close by with the fashionable boutiques and restaurants of Kings Road and Sloane Street tempting you in. There are numerous restaurants, bars and pubs within a few minutes of the house for a couple of cool relaxing drinks and good dining. In Sloane Square is a favourite cafe restaurant bar “Colbert” as well as the “Botanist” There are also plenty of traditional English Pubs in the area. The Fox and Hounds pub is around the corner and the Antelope in Eaton Terrace is good spot for a couple of cool relaxing drinks and a great food menu.The River Thames is a 10 minute walk away as well in the other direction are the famous London museums of South Kensington.
