My home is particularly suitable to discerning travellers.The spaceThe floor space is 1100 sq ft or 102 sq metres but feels bigger due to the light and high ceilings. The living space comprises of your own private front door/hall area, first and second floors. Living room and kitchen are on the first floor and benefit from high ceilings and lots of natural light as well as views over Walton St. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and both are ensuite with integrated wardrobes. There is a third bathroom and 1 person infrared sauna. The property has AC throughout for heating and cooling.Guest accessFirst and Second floors are accessible. Please note the property is a typical Victorian townhouse and has stairs. There is no access to the garden at the rear of the property.Other things to noteOperating InstructionsTV - Smart TV with all channels via the internet. Heating - all house radiators are controlled from the boiler.
