In addition to the Miele fridge, there is a wine cooler. Boiling water is instantly dispensed from the Quooker tap along with filtered. A new Nestle Vertuo coffee machine can be found in the larder cupboard.The bedroom is well-designed with a large, super king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and to ensure a good night’s rest featuring a large bespoke wardrobe to store your belongings. There is a TV here as well.The bathroom is spacious, bright and well-ventilated. It has all the amenities you’ll need. Designed with the help of CP Hart and Domus Tiles, it features a double-sided mirror cabinet above the basin with an adjustable integrated light for makeup application. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied.Please note that the apartment is currently for sale. As a result, viewings may be scheduled during your stay if necessary. We will do our best to provide advance notice and minimize any inconvenience. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBPsmoking fee.We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
