about the property rooms available in spacious 5-bedroom flat – move-in 1st august looking for new flatmates to join our friendly, relaxed household in dilton gardens. we have two rooms available in our 5-bedroom flat from august 1st: 2 double rooms – £665 pcm - bills not included but are at reasonable rates. the flat & location: - spacious with a shared kitchen & living area - large garden with patio & bbq – great for summer! - located on an estate in dilton gardens, right next to a bus stop – great transport links who we are: we’re a group of three recent roehampton graduates, all working - some as teachers. we’re fairly quiet, friendly, and respectful, keeping a relaxed but social atmosphere. the current flatmates leaving are on good terms, and we’d love to find someone who fits in well! who we’re looking for: we’re happy to accept either a pair or two single occupants. open to students or recent graduates who are looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to live. - interested? drop us a message with a bit about yourself, and we’ll arrange a viewing:
