The twin beds in the small back bedroom are small singles (better suited for children or small adults), they are not pocket spring but are filled with a foam centre, so no feathers to make anyone sneeze, and the outer fabric is natural linen. That room can be a small single or twin room. Please give us as much advance notice as possible if you need us to convert this bedroom from a single to a twin. Early check-in: a guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge. Late check out: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by11AM. Aguaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge. Longer stays: For bookings of 14 days or more a complimentary weekly clean and linen change will be arranged for you. We have found that offering this service helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of the stay. Baby cot - a baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
