Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy, as I need to leave the UK for a while. The studio is on the ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Earl’s Court Station. It’s surprisingly spacious for the area, with plenty of built-in storage, high ceilings, and comes fully furnished. I signed a 2-year contract and have already paid the first 6 months.
