Lovely double room available for Monday-Friday let in 2 bed garden flat in Turnpike Lane. Flat is cosy and clean, I’m very friendly and chilled, there’s a brand-new kitchen to cook in, cosy living area to watch tv in, a garden to sit in in the summer, and I offer cleaning and bed linen services. I’m very flexible if you need to stay some weekends, very welcoming of your friends and guests and happy for you to leave your stuff here over the weekend. I’m always up for a chat over dinner or a wine in the garden, so if you’re looking for a bit of company in the week, it’s a lovely place to call home. Previous Monday to Friday renters have really loved it here! I’m a children’s book editor who works from home 1/2 days a week. I’m a very friendly, empathetic, homey person who loves to share food, wine, TV and chats. I need my own space at the same time and am respectful of a person’s need for the same. Sx It’s very well connected for work, with a 7-minute walk to Turnpike Lane and the Piccadilly line gets you to central London very quickly. Great connections by overground to the city nearby too. There is a great local pub on the road, fantastic restaurants in nearby Green Lanes, handy local shop and bigger shops in Wood Green. Also lots of green space nearby (Lordship Rec, Finsbury Park, Alexandra Palace).
