1 room house of 27m² in Oxford

I have a small house with kitchen, garden, TV room, and own bathroom available Monday- Friday or 2 plus nights per week. I am usually away from Monday night- returning Friday. Occasionally there the odd night in the week but the majority of the time you’d have the place to yourself. Renovated in 2023. Quiet person who will take care of the house and is respectful of neighbours. The place definitely available from beginning Jan, likely to be before.
