1 room studio flat of 14m² in Sheffield

Looking for someone to sublet my studio which I'm renting from the agency. I have to rent this studio for at least one more month so I need to find someone to take my last month. After August the rent will be directly to agency, we arrange everything before. August 450p (mine discount) and after 736p per month direct to agency. All bills are included (water, electricity, council tax , wifi). Bills are included with my subletting period and with direct letting contract with agency as well.
