1 room studio flat of 34m² in London

Hi all! I am away for the whole of December so renting out my studio. It is a lovely place so really want someone who will treat it like their home for the month :) I would consider someone to stay for a week or two instead of the whole month, just let me know what you are looking for! If you don't know the area it is right by Dollis Brook which is lovely for walking down (you can walk to Hampstead) and it is close to the Northern line to get to central London within 20 mins.
