Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and the four-bedrooms share two further showers, one of each floor. The bedrooms are fully furnished to include, bed, mattress, wardrobe and drawers. The communal kitchen/dining/living room area has been fitted with contemporary units and work surfaces. A full range of appliances to include two fridge/freezers, washing machine and dryer. Security Deposit The security deposit is the equivalent of one months' rent. A holding deposit of one weeks rent will be requested at point of application. Until payment has been received viewings will continue on the property.
