This house is really splendid, with five (not four, sorry, I couldn’t change the headline) big bedrooms over three storeys, a huge kitchen/diner and a large garden. There is a well-appointed shower room on each of the upper storeys, and a further downstairs wc. The kitchen has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is very warm - it has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The energy efficiency rating is an impressive C. All is in tiptop condition and ready to move in. At the moment the house is partly furnished - furniture can be added or taken away according to your needs. Two of the bedrooms are a whopping 15 square metres and the other three are a decent 10 square metres. All have beautiful and practical wooden floors. The kitchen/diner is over 20 square metres with a door onto the garden. This has a large fig tree and a barbecue area. Broadband with 300 megabytes per second is included in the rent! The house is on a quiet street and faces a park. Bruce Grove station (zone 3) is a short walk away.
