About the house It is a lovely spacious house located in the heart of kenton. 3 double bedrooms 2 bathroom ( on in the first floor ) and the other in the second floor Back yard And a front yard Generous parking space ( up to 3 parks ) A garage The rent includes all bills included , and broadband. ( roughly around 80-90 per month) which is added to the rent. About transportation and food-shops Bus station is right at the doorstep takes 24 minutes with “ kenton lane westwood garden” which is a 5 minute walk from house usually takes 10 stops around 17 minutes to get to town . - usually number are the ones that have a faster travel route to town. Metro station is in a walking distance around 10-15 minute as well. For car owners is a 13 minute journey to town. As for food-shops and cafes Tesco express is 5 minute walk Heron food, Sainsbury’s , SPAR kenton ( convenience store ) are 10 minutes For those aiming more of a big shop Curry’s , Tkmax , Next and Tesco extra ( in Kingston park -) Are a 5 minute drive from the house or even on good sunny days you feel like walking is no more than 30 minutes. Hii club gym and cafe is a 20 minute walking journey , Gosforth traders and all the cafes in gosforth are even shorter destinations. Lastly a bit about me : Im a 26 professional working full time at the moment in newcastle , due to the nature of my job i’m doing more active community based activities so i’m out through out the day . I’m quite chill about everything don’t have specific preferences in terms of activities and do’s and don’ts. Quite tidy and love socialising , getting to know people , going to the gym , walks or even runs and all sorts of activities that includes other housemates to do as a group. But i respect personal space for others ❤️ P.
