1 room studio flat of 54 m² in London

I am looking to move out of my studio flat in the Printworks building on Clapham Road as my circumstances have changed and for someone to take over my lease (new contract will be arranged with landlord - this is not a sublet) I have loved living in this flat for a year now- all the appliances are modern (smeg) and it is light and airy. It is also quiet which is a rare find in London! Bills come to around £200 a month The lease ends in September 2026 so the contract is for a year and half a month.
