1 room house of 15m² in Charnwood

Hi, theres a house in Loughborough near Holywell gym and Im looking for a replacement tenant.Its 531.25 pounds a month and we are looking immediately for a tenant as iam leaving due to the fact that Ive got a contract elsewhere.If you are moving in around mid september Im willing to help pay for this months rent to give you time to move in and you can start paying from 25th September which will cover Octobers rent etc as rent is 25th of every month I believe to the housing accom services which is Toplets accomodation which you can see online.Its 5 other guys all really nice and some of them are quite into sports like football and cricket.Let me know if your interested and if you want to know what the house looks like its in the Toplets accomodation website and I can give you the house name to see on there.Its a beautiful house and has the video and all pics of the house on the website.
