The inside space consists of a modern and stylish open-plan living and sleeping area. The studio is cozy and perfectly formed, there are 2 large windows that create a light and airy feel. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a home-cooked meal, a Fridge/freezer, Oven, HOB, Extractor, Microwave, Tassimo Coffee Machine with a couple of pods, Toaster, and Kettle. As well as all cooking utensils, pots pans etc. There isn't a washing machine however there is a laundrette a 10-minute drive away The relaxing living/sleeping area has a comfortable ottoman-style small double bed to store your items, with Hotel quality duvet, pillows, and linens. There is a stylish green sofa to relax in front of the 50-inch smart TV where you can sign into any of your apps and a table and seating for 2 to dine or as a workstation. The separate shower room has a corner shower with WC a wash hand basin and vanity unit and a heated towel rail, after your shower, make the most of the freshly laundered white towels and complimentary toiletries We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a One Stop a few minutes walk away. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, Access is through the main front entrance at the front of the building. There is a free car park at the rear of the building and a ramp access to a second entrance to the building Other things to note The flat is accessed through a communal entrance There is a ramped access to the rear of the property and widened doorways, however the flat does not have a wet room, and the shower tray is slightly raised If you require a travel cot, please advise at the time of booking and there is an extra £20 charge CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am.
