1 room room of 16 m² in City of Edinburgh

Room in shared house Rooms in a shared accommodation we are very near Edinburgh university the east of Edinburgh. 25minutes to walk bus takes 15minutes near the beach and Arthur seat. 15mins city centre by bus at our door. Ideally I would like a student, we have done this last year which proved to be very good . We have own bathroom in each bedroom and room is cleaned and laundry done weekly. plus breakfast and evening meal. which is good for the students to have more time to study and social
